A home in The Woodlands, TX experienced a water loss due to severe weather. A pipe in the ceiling over the living room burst, which caused a lot of damage to the home. The customer frantically called SERVPRO of Westfield and left the rest to us.

After scheduling a next day appointment due to the customer being unavailable for an immediate visit, SERVPRO of Westfield’s   technicians prompt arrival onsite the next day and got started working immediately. They cleaned up all of the insulation and began extracting the water and drying the home. The customer was pleased with the services.
